Turnaround = Production time

Our turnaround time is two business days.  Once you upload your artwork and you order a File proof, we will determine if your file is printable and send you a digital proof.  Once you confirm this digital proof, your turnaround time will begin.  Our cutoff time for submissions is 3:00 p.m. PST.  Because one-day rush orders are limiting in time, we cannot review every file that is printed, and we cannot be held responsible for any typographical, design, technical, or other errors that may occur.

-Shipping = Delivery time (time in transit)

When 48hr turnaround is selected, it takes (2) two additional business days to produce your banner from the date ordered.  Once your banner in completed, your print will be ready for shipping or pick up on that second day.  *Note: If shipping is needed, then there will be additional time in transit depending on the shipment’s designated location (see map below).
