We prefer to print with high-resolution .JPG format. We also accept .AI (outlined), .EPS, .PSD, and PDF. Submit your files using 150 DPI (dots per inch) or higher for better quality. Please refer to the File Requirements page before uploading your image.
If you are an experienced designer, make sure you follow the guidelines under the File Requirements page.
You can use any number of colors in your artwork. Our digital printing process supports full-color, high-resolution graphics without limitation.
We print using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) as the standard process. CMYK allows for millions of color combinations, but colors may appear slightly different once printed compared to how they look on screen.
For best results and the closest possible match to a specific color—especially for logos, brand identity, or solid areas—we recommend using Pantone spot colors (PMS). Pantone colors are standardized and formulated to reproduce more consistently across different printers and materials.
Best practice:
Use Pantone spot colors when you want the closest possible match to a brand or solid color.
Use CMYK builds for images, gradients, and full-color designs.
If your artwork combines both, set brand/solid colors as Pantone and keep photos or complex graphics in CMYK.
This workflow helps achieve the best overall color reproduction for your project.
What kind of image should I use?
Please make sure you are using a camera with 2 or more megapixels. Set your camera on the highest quality and resolution, so that the print comes out as best as it can

Depending on its intended use, you might want to be strategic in picking the right banner. For indoor use, you’ll want to go with something that is more economic – perhaps an Economic Fabric Banner. For outdoor use, you’ll want to stick with something more durable and enduring. Vinyl banners are great for enduring hard weather conditions for over three years.
Grommets are holes that stabilize and hang up the banner. They are placed every two feet on the banner. They are added to your banner free of charge unless grommets are not needed.
If there is any issue with your order you must report the problem within 48 hours after the delivery/pick up date. We will need pictures of the prints in order to start a claim along with the order # emailed to info@bannerworld.com. Please call us and a representative will assist you. If you do not contact us with in that time frame we will assume that your job was correct at the time of receipt.
