FAQ

We prefer to print with high-resolution .JPG format. We also accept .AI(outlined), .EPS, .PSD, and PDF. Submit your files using 150 DPI (dots per inch) or higher for better quality. Please refer to the File Requirements page before uploading your image.

If you are an experienced designer, make sure you follow the guidelines under the File Requirements page. Otherwise, we strongly urge you to create your own design using our Do It Yourself Application. There you can pick from predesigned templates, add your own text and images, and choose your colors.

1. You can choose any and however many colors you like. With the advances of digital printing, you can print high-resolution, full-color prints.

2. We print using standard CMYK colors. Please design your artwork in CMYK, since there might be some color difference if RGB is used.

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key [Black]) are the colors we use in the printing process. RGB (RGB) are the colors used in monitors and screen displays. Create your document in CMYK mode so that the colors on your screen match as closely as the final printed product. Printing in RGB could result in color variation.

Please make sure you are using a camera with 2 or more megapixels. Set your camera on the highest quality and resolution, so that the print comes out as best as it can.

Depending on its intended use, you might want to be strategic in picking the right banner. For indoor use, you’ll want to go with something that is more economic – perhaps an Economic Fabric Banner. For outdoor use, you’ll want to stick with something more durable and enduring. Vinyl banners are great for enduring hard weather conditions for over three years.

Grommets are holes that stabilize and hang up the banner. They are placed every two feet on the banner. They are added to your banner free of charge unless grommets are not needed.

Our car magnets are specially-made to stick to all vehicles. As long as the surface is made of metal, and there isn’t much damage to the body of the vehicle, it should stick without a problem.

3. Claim Policy

If there is any issue with your order you must report the problem within 48 hours  after the delivery/pick up date. We will need pictures of the prints in order to start a claim along with the order # emailed to info@bannerworld.com . Please call us and a representative will assist.  If you do not contact us with in that time frame we will assume that your job was correct at the time of receipt. 

4. What is your return policy?

All sales are final no returns.

5. Discount Codes

Our Discount Code Policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency in our promotions. Discount codes are for one time use and cannot be applied if you have already received a discount or if you are enjoying reseller benefits. Discount Codes cannot be used on products currently on sale. They are not combinable with other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions, and hold no monetary value. To use a code, it must be entered during the check-out process. If failed to do so, we cannot apply it to the existing order. Codes are applicable to in stock items only. Past purchases are not eligible. We retain the right to modify or cancel coupons as needed to keep our policies current and consistent.
